Brendan is the Founder & Managing Partner of AAG Credit Partners. With more than three decades of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and alternative investments, he has advised companies and investors across a wide range of industries. Throughout his career, Mr. Rempel has facilitated capital markets transactions, advised both public & private companies, and developed alternative investment strategies, including private credit & secondary market Pre-IPO investment opportunities. He leverages an extensive network of investment professionals, legal advisors, accountants and investors to source opportunities and support the firm’s growth. He is also the founder of Alternative Advisory Group, a corporate finance and alternative investments advisory firm.

Michael is a Senior Partner at AAG Credit Partners with more than 30 years of experience in fixed income, structured credit, derivatives, and private markets. He began his institutional capital markets career at Lehman Brothers, where he spent six years as a Senior Vice President in fixed income sales and trading. Prior to joining the firm, he held senior positions at several investment firms and, most recently, served as a Managing Director at Securitize, a leading digital securities and private markets platform.

Sean is a Partner at AAG Credit Partners with over 20 years of experience in merchant services and merchant lending. He began his career in payments by building MerchantPro Express, a merchant services independent sales organization that was acquired by publicly traded Fiserv in 2020. Following the acquisition, Sean served as Senior Vice President of M&A Strategy at Fiserv. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Excelsia Labs, a nutrient gummy manufacturer based in Trikala, Greece.

Regis is a Partner at AAG Credit Partners with over 30 years of experience in investment banking, capital formation, public markets, and multinational operations. He began his career at Verizon, where he spent a decade in executive leadership roles. He subsequently advised and invested in growth companies, helping raise more than $600 million through IPOs and follow-on offerings. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Jingwei International, a publicly traded data center technology company.

Dr. Lipson is a Partner at AAG Credit Partners with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, business leadership, and corporate governance. He is a neurosurgeon and Managing Partner of IGEA Brain and Spine, where he has led the practice for the past 18 years. Dr. Lipson also serves as Vice Chairman of Neurosurgery at Morristown Medical Center. He serves on the Board of Directors of American Battery Materials and is the co-founder of STRYDD, an AI-driven motion capture technology company.

Oliver is a Partner at AAG Credit Partners with more than 20 years of experience in sales and trading, corporate finance, portfolio management, trading systems and alternative investments. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles at RBC, RBS, and Macquarie Bank. He currently serves as a Managing Director at Alternative Advisory Group, where he focuses on investor relations, research, and capital raising across Europe.
